Hopefully, recipes will not have to be changed much anymore. However, we will never change a recipe for the sole reason that it was leaked, and we have never done this before: each recipe change has a distinct reason, either preserving balance or fixing some inconsistency. This is partly true, because it is my job to fix bugs in the elements mod, and if I find bugs or inconsistencies due to being reported them by the players, and they involve changing recipes, then I guess the statement applies. It is also said that recipes may be changed if they are leaked. Staffers should not discourage such leaking anymore, but other players can at will. There is nothing in the rules that forbids recipe-leaking, and we have never punished players for this, though it has been discouraged. It is entirely the player's decision if he wants to leak a given recipe or not, and there will be no punishment if he decides to do this.
There are rumors circulating that there can be consequences to players for revealing elements (secretz) recipes. Peak Empire was created! The president of Peak Empire is AirSThib and the capital city is Prairie Mountains. He deserved it before so I will return him the money. Only AirSThib did it so far, namely, he bought the permission to declare a country. Buying them for money is still an option.

We decided that things around countries, which could be bought for money, will be given for free to players who deserve them.
